Italian Translation
Philosophy
I work closely with writers to translate the ideas and feelings of their original text into English. When translating hard SF or horror, my translations adhere more closely on the sentence level. With other work, I consider how to replicate the poetry, rhythm, and mood of the prose.
What I Do
I’ve worked with various Italian SF and horror writers, including Davide Camparsi, Francesco Verso, Giovanni De Matteo, and Vincenzo Barone. Though up to this point I’ve translated SF and horror, I’m actively seeking to work with writers of literary fiction.
